Vibrant Solar is hiring for an experienced VP Sales with proven success in the Solar Industry to be a partner in this new venture.
As the VP Sales you’ll be responsible for setting company strategy, creating operating procedures and then executing on the plans to achieve company goals.

Proven success in a similar role at a residential solar company,
5+ years experience minimum in solar, preferably a combination of sales & leadership
Experience in both sales, sales processes and business operation creation, implementation and accountability
Culture & Team centric – ability to recruit, hire and train fantastic team members to foster a culture of winning together.
Technically competent in the design, estimating and installation of residential solar systems.
Understand the financial aspect of running a business – profit & loss responsibility, job costing
Customer Satisfaction Driven – you understand that providing the best customer experience
Detail oriented, metrics focused
A History of achievement through self motivation
